For Figma Config, My role was acd of motion. My responsibility was for translating Figma’s core creative into a fully scaled, production-ready motion system for a massive, multi-space event at Moscone Center. Figma’s internal creative team developed the foundational design language, and my team operationalized it across dozens of touch points.

This included managing and organizing complex creative files, adapting motion systems across multiple colorways, formats, and screen sizes, and ensuring consistency across breakout rooms, large-format displays, and interactive installations throughout the venue. The work required precision, speed, and deep familiarity with both design systems and event production realities.

I acted as the connective tissue between creative and production, aligning designers, producers, and technical teams to ensure everything functioned seamlessly on site. The result was a cohesive, high-impact experience that maintained creative integrity at scale and delivered a flawless execution across one of the industry’s most visible design events.
